　网上购物是当今消费的一种新途径。然而，一些不法分子在网上设置销售陷阱，致使消费者上当受骗。市工商局12315申诉举报指挥中心近期就接到多起消费者网上购物被骗的投诉。为了避免更多消费者网上购物时跌入陷阱，该中心发布了2007年第4号消费警示。
该中心提醒消费者，一、网上购物前，认真核实购物网站是否具有相关部门核发的经营许可证。二、向当地电信部门查询网站上提供的电话是在哪里注册使用的，通过银行了解网站提供的账户开户所在地。三、注意保存有关单据，并索取购物发票。四、保存消费记录，把公司网页上消费保证的事项打印出来。因为网页随时有可能更换。五、上网购物不要被“低价”迷惑，不妨了解一下当地市场同一商品或类似商品的价格，以此判断网上售价是否合理。
