 电子商务投资依然是07年创业投资关注的热点

   近日,进入2007年以来,中国市场已披露25家企业获得创业投资,共融资1.7亿美元。
在已经获得投资的众多行业领域的25家企业中,属于电子商务领域的就有北斗手极网、搜保网和中国秀客网三家。可见,电子商务领域投资依然是今年创业投资关注的一大热点。
根据最新出炉的《中国行业电子商务网站调查报告》显示,在所有已经获得投资的电子商务企业中,综合类行业电子商务网站最受投资者关注,占被调查综合类网站的24.14%,计20余家。医药健康、五金、化工三行业电子商务网站获得融资的网站相对比率较高,但绝对数量与其他部分行业相仿,农业和再生资源等行业是融资的冷门行业。机械行业电子商务网站数量多,在接受调查的网站中也有3家已经获得融资,但行业获得融资的比率偏低。

调查还显示,2005-2006年行业电子商务网站进入新一轮创业热潮,现有网站中竟然有35%是在2006年创建。阿里巴巴、中国化工网、慧聪网、环球资源以及一些细分行业内电子商务网站开始赢利,成为众多创业者的榜样,激发他们的创业热情。(见右图)



然而,回归最近几年内电子商务领域的投资事件,我们不难发现,投资人对于这个领域的投资,已经采取了一种更加理性的方式。原因如下:
1.业务与赢利模式缺乏创新。简单的供求信息、行情资讯、广告服务和建站服务依旧在行业电子商务网站业务中占据主要比重;另一方面,行业电子商务网站数量迅猛增长,资源整合工具不断出现,行业电子商务既有的业务和赢利模式将面对激烈的行业内竞争。
2.行业结合度不强的服务导致竞争优势下降

3.创新错位
